If the traffic you are getting at the moment isn't leading to sales or you are just not getting any traffic, that means you are not attracting the type of visitors who are specifically interested in what you have to offer. 1. Leave comments on other people's blogs that are closely related to your site with a backlink to your site. You will start to find that the number of subscribers will increase drastically because these people are genuinely interested in what you have to say.
2. Become a participant of forums related to your specified niche. Join group discussions and show off your vast knowledge on the subject and people will begin to trust you and this will lead to targeted traffic and sales.
3. Join LinkedIn and participate.

5. Create a viral video or picture with your website embedded. This could attract a lot in traffic, so what are are you waiting for. Grab a camera or fire up Photoshop and come up with something creative.

You can even interview them then ask them to mention your site in some way on theirs and watch the stream of traffic come to your site( worked for two of my blogs).
